Upon termination of your account, solowin will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided that no outstanding verification requirements or investigations are pending. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited upon termination where a breach of these Terms has occurred.
